Post-bowling dinner at Vito's

Vito's coped very well with serving up meals to all 22 participants. Those of us who had been bowling were ready for some nourishment and were pleased to be joined by some more ATTA members for the meal.

Bowling afternoon

We had three lanes at the L.A. Bowling with a total of 16 participants/supporters. Mona Savill had the highest individual score and Isabell presented her with a box of After Eights, which Mona kindly shared out at the meal subsequently. It was great to see some younger members at the ATTA event.

Ayr - the Winners!

For the first time since 2005, a team from Ayr won the Inter-Town Twinning Quiz! This year the event was held at Girvan Bowling Club where the Girvan town twinners made us very welcome and served up some delicious grub. I got hooked on the Chinese duck sandwiches! There were three teams from the ATTA. The winning team consisted of Elspeth, Gordon, Jackie Duff and Isabella Dovaston. Well done for bringing the shield back to Ayr!
